Bioinformatics Software

Once again, BGE+ will follow in the steps of BGE, developing and co-developing a range of software solutions to generate species sampling priority lists, high quality DNA barcoding, metabarcoding and annotated genome sequences, and accurate genome diversity statistics. The project will also work on software to facilitate the analysis of these resources to streamline the application of genomics for conservation. This open access software can be found on GitHub and WorkFlowHub and accessed via the table below.
