Training
BGE+ aims to build capacity and enhance skills in biodiversity genomics across Europe through targeted training and knowledge transfer initiatives for researchers and stakeholders. BGE+ will identify capacity building gaps in the European barcoding and reference genome communities, develop a road map for capacity building within the region, and provide theoretical and practical training through a distributed network of European partners.

Explore the courses of BGE+. Researchers, institutions, and organisations across Europe will receive opportunities to participate, collaborate, and contribute to our training platform and acquire skills to make the most out of the latest advances in bioinformatics and data science.
Training events
The training events are aimed at a wide spectrum of early career and well-established scientists in all stages of the genomics workflow, from sampling to DNA extraction, sequencing, and data analysis. BGE+ will publish a report of each of the training activities, and will openly share methods and guidance via the BGE+ Knowledge Platform.
