Biodiversity genomics data are used to inform management interventions that address the causes biodiversity decline.

For audiences in the biodiversity policy and management arenas, we emphasise: the multiple applications of biodiversity genomics, the fundamental importance of building DNA barcode and genome sequence reference libraries to support these applications, and BGE’s overriding aim to accelerate our capacity to produce this data at scale across Europe.
